The Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that the 2024 Believe Christmas Parade sponsored by Dominion Energy will be held on Sunday, December 8th at 5 PM. An endearing local tradition since 1965, the Christmas Parade ushers in the holiday season with festive floats, live performances, and a special visit from Santa himself.
Last year, the GWCC had a record breaking 21,000 spectators in attendance. The early-evening timing allows the illuminated floats to shine against the backdrop of the night sky. Spectators are invited to become part of the spectacle by donning light-up accessories and attire, contributing to the dazzling atmosphere.
Local marching bands may apply with early access by contacting Lauren Moore, Vice President of Communications & Programming. For applications for all other floats, follow the link below to submit your application. After submitting your application, Chamber staff will contact you to confirm your status in the parade. After submitting the online application, you will be prompted to download the registration form. Please print and sign this form, and return to the Chamber office or to Lauren Moore via email as soon as possible.
